Texas BBQ Road Trip
This is a road trip we have been wanting to make for a long time. Central Texas is known for its BBQ. Waco is perfectly situated to be within 3 hours of almost all of Texas Monthly’s top 50 BBQ joints, excluding only a few. Now that we are a party of three, there seems to be no better time to travel the roads of Texas to the best BBQ spots in the state. We’ll make weekend trips every once in a while to one fo the top places on our list. Then, we’ll rank each restaurant based on the taste, quality, and selection of their meat, sides, sauce, and dessert offerings. BBQ is subjective, but we’ll do our best to be objective in our ratings. Check out a few spots we have visited below.
