Dear Winkler Weddings Clients,

After much consideration we have a bittersweet announcement: we are retiring from the wedding videography business. This was a difficult decision to make, but we believe it is the right one. The first thing I want to be sure to do is say thank you. Thank you to everyone who trusted us with your wedding day. I can hardly believe that we will finish up seven years of wedding videography in 2019. You all have been a real encouragement and joy to work with.

I will take on a few photography and videography projects in the years to come because I still love it! However, some other exciting opportunities are on the horizon that we need to prioritize time toward.

Practically this means a few things:

The WinklerWeddings.com website will go inactive December 19, 2019. You can access your wedding day pages there (the password is your six-digit anniversary, formatted mmddyy).

The Winkler Weddings Vimeo account will go inactive December 19, 2019.

I will not be deactivating the Winkler Weddings Facebook page. 

I have a dedicated spot on my new website (davidawinkler.com) for photo and video inquiries and information.

Plans for the future

I recently sent out a letter to each client on May 1, 2019 strongly encouraging the downloading of videos (please see Facebook Messenger or your email). After December 19, 2019, the videos will no longer be hosted online.
